Access Files
Your order is recorded by KalveeMart. Your download link appears instantly on the order confirmation page and in your order email.

After Your Order Is Confirmed
For products configured as downloadable in WooCommerce, the order confirmation page or email may provide download links once the order reaches the applicable status.
Purchases completed through KalveeMart’s checkout can also be checked in My Account → Downloads for eligible files. Guest buyers get their download link in the order confirmation email. Access limits and expiry, where applicable, depend on the product settings.

KalveeMart focuses on digital files such as guides, spreadsheets and printable resources. Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, no physical item is shipped.
Can I open a purchased file on any device?
That depends on the file format. Check the product description for required applications, supported devices and whether the file is editable.
Where will I find my downloads?
For eligible downloadable orders, check the order confirmation and email. If you have an account, visit My Downloads. The download becomes available when your order reaches the required status.
What if my download link does not work?
Use the Contact page with your order number, purchase email, product name and a description of the error. Never share passwords, OTPs or payment PINs.
