1. Who operates this website

KalveeMart (kalveemart.in) is a digital-products store operated by Kalvee Business Solutions, an Udyam-registered micro enterprise based in Puducherry, India. We are responsible for customer information collected through KalveeMart for operating this store, subject to applicable law.

This policy covers the KalveeMart website and its customer account, cart, checkout and support features. If you separately use our parent company’s website, its own terms and notices may apply to those interactions.

2. Information we collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with the website:

• Guest checkout: no account or password is required to purchase. We collect customer name, email address and a required contact number for order processing, digital-product delivery and customer support. The same information may be requested when claiming a free product through the checkout.
• Existing accounts: customers who previously registered may still have account details stored for order history and support; new registrations are not currently offered.
• Purchases and free-product claims: selected products, checkout contact details including phone number, order and billing information, transaction references (where payment is due), and order or delivery status.
• Support: information you include in emails, contact requests, messages or refund enquiries.
• Technical activity: browser/device data, IP address, account-login events, cookies and security logs as processed by the website and its service providers.

Please do not send payment PINs, passwords, OTPs or complete card information in messages.

3. Why we use information

We use information as reasonably needed to manage accounts and orders, provide or arrange digital-product delivery, respond to support requests, issue service-related notifications, handle payment and refund records, protect the website from misuse, and meet applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations. Providing a phone number to receive a purchased or free product does not, by itself, enrol you in marketing messages. KalveeMart’s current WooCommerce checkout offers payment through Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered into the payment provider’s secure process rather than supplied to our support team. We receive transaction identifiers and payment status information needed to manage orders and refunds.

We also rely on the WordPress/WooCommerce website software and may use hosting, email delivery, security and technical-support providers. Such providers may process information necessary to perform their contracted services. KalveeMart’s current catalogue uses its own WooCommerce checkout with Razorpay for paid transactions. Other third-party services, where linked, apply their own privacy terms to information you choose to provide to them.

5. Cookies and site functionality

Essential cookies and similar technologies may be used for cart contents, logged-in sessions, preferences, fraud prevention and security. Other measurement or third-party tools may set additional cookies where enabled.
