1. Store operator and scope

KalveeMart is a digital-products storefront operated by Kalvee Business Solutions, Puducherry, India. These terms govern browsing and purchases made on kalveemart.in. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy.

Kalvee Business Solutions separately offers business services on kalveebsolutions.com; service engagements and purchases made directly on other platforms may be subject to their own quoted or displayed conditions.

2. Registration and account access

KalveeMart currently sells through guest checkout, so new customers do not need an account to buy. New account registration is not currently offered. Customers who registered earlier may continue to sign in through My Account, must keep their login details confidential and are responsible for activity on their account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Products, descriptions and prices

Products may include digital ebooks, spreadsheets, templates, worksheets, AI-prompt resources and marketing assets. Each product page should be reviewed for the specific inclusions, required software, available formats, licence restrictions and delivery arrangements. Prices and availability may change before an order is submitted. Checkout displays the applicable order total, including any taxes or charges shown there.

4. Checkout and third-party payments

Orders made through KalveeMart’s WooCommerce checkout are currently paid via Razorpay, subject to the available payment methods and successful transaction confirmation. The payment provider manages the payment process under its applicable terms. We may contact customers to verify an order or investigate a genuine payment problem.

If you follow an explicit external purchase link to another platform, including SuperProfile, the platform shown at checkout processes that separate transaction. Please confirm the merchant, price, delivery and applicable terms on the destination page before paying.

5. Digital delivery and access

Important current notice: KalveeMart’s currently published products are delivered as automatic downloads once payment is confirmed. If a download link does not arrive or does not work, contact info@kalveebsolutions.com with your order number.

Other products may be made downloadable later, as described on their individual listing or order confirmation. See the Digital Delivery Policy.

6. Licence and intellectual property

Unless the relevant product’s licence expressly states otherwise, purchased digital materials are intended for the purchaser’s personal study or internal business use. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work. Do not redistribute, publicly upload, resell, sublicense or present the files as your own products without express permission. Any product-specific licence or permitted-use information governs that particular resource.

7. Customer responsibilities

Please use the site lawfully, provide truthful contact and order details, protect your password, respect intellectual-property rights and avoid attempting to disrupt, scrape abusively, compromise or access unauthorised website systems. You are responsible for checking whether the offered file format and software requirements meet your needs.

8. Cancellations, refunds and product promises

Requests for cancellation, faulty files, duplicate charges, non-delivery or refunds are assessed according to the Refund Policy, any clearly advertised product-specific offer and applicable consumer-protection law. A guarantee advertised for one product should not be understood as a storewide guarantee unless expressly stated.

9. Informational materials and limitation of responsibility

Digital templates, guidance and educational resources require the customer to review and adapt them before use. They do not automatically constitute legal, tax, financial, employment, academic or other regulated professional advice. Software compatibility, changing government rules and results from marketing or business use can vary. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Updates and applicable law

We may revise product listings or these terms to reflect changes to the store and applicable requirements. The revision date will appear on this page. These terms are interpreted under applicable Indian law, subject to the rights of consumers and the jurisdiction of competent authorities and courts.
